| Q | I‘ve submitted my Partner Sign-up Form, how do I check its status? |
| A | To check the status of your Partner Sign-up Form please email Channel_EMEA_Program_Office@dell.com quoting your business name and your email address and our Channel Programs Office will advise you of your status. |

| Q | I’d like to add more users to my Company’s Partner Registration, how do I do this? |
| A | Once your Partner Registration has been approved please email EMEA_PartnerPortal@dell.com (Mail Header – Additional Users Required) detailing the following additional users details (First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Job Title, email address, full postal address, country & phone number). |

| A | Simply click on the Feedback Link on the left hand side of the screen, submit your question and the Dell Channel Team will respond as soon as possible. |

| Q | How do I Register a Deal ? |
| A | The Deal Registration Submission Form can be accessed by clicking the “My Portal Page” button above your login status on the home page, and is only available once you’ve registered as a Partner and signed in to the PartnerDirect Portal. |

| A | The link to Your Premier Page can be accessed by clicking the “My Portal Page” button above your login status on the home page, and is only available once you’ve registered as a Partner and signed in to the PartnerDirect Portal. |

| Q | I’ve submitted a Deal Registration Form, how do I check its status ? |
| A | To check the status of your Deal Registration submission please email Channel_EMEA_Deal_Registration@dell.com quoting your business name and the opportunity name (as submitted) and our Channel Operations Centre will advise you on the status of your submission. |
